1 Year (Minimum) - Overseas candidates are encouraged to enroll for a minimum 1 year duration programme SUMMARY:
We encourage overseas candidates to pursue the BCS track - which is equivalent to a degree...all our training programmes are also available for overseas candidates who would like to forward their studies in the UK. You may choose to do a Under / Post Graduate Degree or equivalent qualification or even a professional specialisation in Networking, Programming, Web Design, Information Security, or Application Development... We have a fixed fee structure based on course duration.• A one year course which consists of either 1 Class II programme or 2 Class I programmes (totalling 100 points) costs £2400.• A two year programme which consists of either a combination of Class I and Class II programmes (totalling 200 points) costs £4400. • Programmes delivered over 3 years (amount to 300 points) cost £6000. • If you are already on a 100 points, 200 points or 300 points programme, you can upgrade to an additional 50 points for only £600, and for an additional 100 points for only £1100, during the period of the programme. The above costs do not include costs for the exams or registration fees and any additional items required. You should budget an additional amount to cover exam and books. As an overseas candidate you make pick from:BCS TRAINING:The BCS Programme in its entirety runs for three years (1 year for each level). Ataining the BCS Professional Graduate Diploma Award is equivalent to a Bachelors Degree (Honours). IT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE TRAINING:this training leads to the IT Support Associate Accreditation from SDS plus Security+ Certification, MCSA Certification. Candidates at this level will have the opportunity of being placed in 1st line support roles at SDS clients or equivalent.Duration: 1 year - Cost: £2400. NETWORKING ASSOCIATE TRAINING:this training leads to the Networking Associate Accreditation from SDS plus Network+ Certification, CCNA Certification. Candidates at this level will have the opportunity of being placed in 1st line support roles at SDS clients or equivalent.Duration: 1 year - Cost: £2400. NETWORKING PROFESSIONAL (Level 1) TRAINING:this training leads to the Networking Professional (Level 1) Accreditation from SDS plus MCSE Qualification. Candidates at this level will have the opportunity of being placed in 2nd line support roles at SDS clients or equivalent.Duration: 1 year - Cost: £2400. NETWORKING PROFESSIONAL (Level 2) TRAINING:This training leads to the Networking Professional (Level 2) Accreditation from SDS plus CCNP Qualification (Candidates will need to have atleast attained the CCNA qualification). Candidates at this level will have the opportunity of being placed in 3rd line support roles at SDS clients or equivalent.Duration: 1 year - Cost: £2400. WEB DESIGN ASSOCIATE TRAINING:this training leads to the Web Design Associate Accreditation from SDS and the CIW Web Design Master Qualification, PHP and MySQL Professional Accreditation by SDS. Candidates at this level will have the opportunity of being developing Web Sites and Web Applications for SDS clients or equivalent.Duration: 1 year - Cost: £2400. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE TRAINING :this training leads to the Application Development Associate Accreditation from SDS plus the SCJP and ORACLE OCP qualification. Candidates at this level will have the opportunity of developing applications for SDS clients or equivalent.Duration: 1 year - Cost: £2400. Overseas Courses start every: January, May and September ... we also have Mid Semester intakes on all Overseas Courses in March, July and November CAREER PROSPECTS: Overseas Candidates are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week during term time... we advise candidates to seek roles in line with their field of study.
EXAMS: You will be required to sit a series of exams during the course of your studies, these will include inhouse tests and professional exams.
MODULES:
The modules you will cover are very much dependant on the course that you will decide to do. Regardless the training will involve a minimum of 20 hours of training per week.
